Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.

·         Provide Clinical Training (internal) – Establish and oversee internal clinical education to Align employees, in particular Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.

·         Represent Align clinical present at academic and professional Align events to customers.

·         Follow departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all areas

·         Obtain & maintain appropriate knowledge level of employees on products and process through employee training & development

·         Participate in assigned clinical projects to support

·         Working with clinical coordinator on speaker agreement and contracts

Additional responsibilities:

• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree of dentistry/dental technician/ hygienist/Treatment Coordinator in dental clinic

Fluent in English/Cantonese

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS

Monday to Friday: 9:00AM-5:30PM
