1. Responsible for making sure that a company's business strategy uses proper technology systems architecture to achieve its goals
2. Responsible for identifying applicable technical standards to be followed on projects
3. Analyze all non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a product; and ensure that further product engineering will meet them
4. Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives

• Work with enterprise architecture, infrastructure services and application development organizations to choose appropriate cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with other subject matter expertise on integration, network, and other cloud requirements.

• Design/architect and provide estimates to scalable cloud solutions.

• Identify recurring problems/bottlenecks and build the tools and processes to prevent problems from recurring.

• Manage and appropriately escalate delivery roadblocks, risks, issues, and challenges;

• Drives cloud standards and processes for adopting cloud services to ensure consistency.

• Work with the cloud team to determine security and networking to ensure compliance of cloud deployments.

• Work in determining cloud roles, cost analysis and budget requirements and ROI analysis and assist with creating budget proposals.

• Primarily working on Cloud Service Design & Standard for all Enterprise Solution

• Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture

• Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required

• Analyzes the business impact that certain technical choices may have on a client’s business processes

• Supervises and guides development teams

• Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture

• Conduct independent research, interpret highly technical documents, draw valid conclusions, develop technological solutions, take appropriate actions and/or make appropriate recommendation related to complex IT problems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations

• 6 years experience in IT areas with 3 years in cloud infrastructure

• Experience in Azure, Azure Stack Knowledge of cloud security controls

• Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms

• Experience with Config management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, etc.

• Experience with ingestion tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory

• Proven professional experience in designing and implementing enterprise scale Cloud computing – Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

• Proven professional experience in working with enterprise scale of Policy Admin System, Accounting System, Compensation System, Sales Distribution Mobile Application / Portal, Customer Mobile Application / Portal, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Services Bus, Business Process Management, Enterprise Workflow, Data Integration, B2B, B2C, Data Warehouse, Data Analytics, Data Quality, Anti Money Laundering, Predictive Modelling and Electronic Identification System

• Knowledgeable in Cloud computing patterns, computer programming, database design, enterprise software, operating systems and hardware

• Conversant with Java, .NET, Web Development, Mobile Development, Database (SQL & No SQL), SoftwareAG, and Informatica

• Fluent to communicate in English

• Understand Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle

• Excellent Communication Skill

• Good analytical skill & can think out of the box

Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):

▪ Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF)

▪ Technical certification (e.g. Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Java)

▪ Business certification (e.g. FLMI from LOMA)
