As Cloud Delivery Infrastructure Team Lead, you will lead a team of SW engineers and students in designing, developing and testing our delivery infrastructure, serving E2E system integration, validation and release processes, which is the beating heart of our core system, enabling it to release faster and better.

Team's Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining Delivery infrastructure tools, flows and automations in AWS cloud environment.

• Design and execute E2E System validation and automation.

• Exploring new technologies and approaches for processes optimizations.

As the team leader, your responsibility will include:

• Managing team's tasks, deliverables and workplan.

• Conducting code reviews, mentoring and technically leading the team members.

• Maintaining an on-going technological roadmap, for continuous improvement of our Core delivery process.

The position requires leadership and daily interfaces with technical managers, system architects, engineering teams, program and product managers.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical engineering/ Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems Engineering or any relevant field.

• 5+ years of SW development.

• 3+ years of SW team management experience.

• High proficiency with Java / C++, Python.

• Familiar with Linux environments.

• Demonstrated ability to use AWS cloud services.

• Experience with version control (Git).

• Leadership skills, willingness and ability to mentor and lead a team. Experienced with managing team tasks and workplans.

• Experience with large scale, complex distributed systems.

• Able to clearly present ideas to both technical and non-technical users and staff to further the adoption of Delivery Infrastructure.

Advantage:

• CI/CD design and implementation expertise.

• Experience with Kubernetes.

• Experience with automation methodologies, platforms and tools.

• Experience with Bash scripting.
