We are expanding our Digital Team in the Netherlands (Zoetemeer) and are looking for a Cloud developer to join the team and strengthen our capability to develop the analytics that is at the heart of this vision. Developing Cloud solutions for the Mobility Industry. Create customer value from insights from sensor, maintenance management and operational data. Work within a growing IT team of architects, cloud developers and data scientists to develop end-end solutions. What will be my Responsibilities? Work with customers, domain experts and stakeholders to ensure solution design matches the requirements of use-cases Work with users (Data Scientists/Analysts), Platform Engineering Teams and IT-Systems Stakeholders to deliver data analytics solutions Ensure that there is clean code, full documentation, technical and maintenance support in place for solutions Continuously develop cross functional and departmental processes. Implementation of safe systems and controls within your area of responsibility Fully participate and engage in security to ensure you and your team work safely. Monitor compliance to meet internal control procedures and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure awareness and understanding of Siemens compliance policies and ‘Tell Us’ ethos. Implement in areas of responsibility. What Skills, Qualifications and Experience do I need? Degree-level knowledge in one of the following subjects: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics. Experience of open-source visualization packages and standard BI tools/software (Tableau, Spotfire, Superset) Practical experience developing data science solutions on cloud-based infrastructure Portfolio of contributions to open-source projects or data science competitions Experience in working in AWS and Azure Experience of Data Science projects Advanced SQL programming knowledge Practical experience developing in Python Self-motivated, methodical with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple user requirements on complex systems. Solid stakeholder and user management skills. Excellent communicator, both written and oral. Customer focused and results driven.
