Perform build, deploy, test, maintain and documentation of solutions related to the cloud platform using AIA approved Cloud Management tools.
Should have hands on technical experience with expertise around working closely with the Architect and clients to translate the solution components and building blocks to required tooling and activities for team members.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in Azure Cloud Services, solid understanding of networking, infrastructure concepts and good experience in scripting. The candidate will also have:

• Understanding and support key solutions and workloads on Azure including regular engagement on resource utilization analysis, proactive monitoring, and event planning
• Ownership of project-related Azure issues and actively drive them towards resolution while ensuring support and engineering readiness for key milestones
• Lead to drive fast mitigation of issues impacting critical workloads and provide timely communication in a global infrastructure support environment.
• Deliver a delightful customer support experience
• Continuously grow Azure technical skills
• Must be able to work with partners that provide various capabilities
• Ability to work and collaborate with group of technical engineers across multiple teams
• Have experience with Linux and Windows-based systems skills in a Cloud and on-premises environments
• Use AIA standard technology stack/tools to accomplish specific development use cases encountered within the project
• Collaborate with other teams on the project to brainstorm about the best ways to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problems encountered. Perform incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors
• Prepare and rollout training plan and sessions on Azure Cloud provisioning processes and tools

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) Degree in Technical/Information System/Other related educations 

Experience:

Minimum of two years' experience in implementation and operation of Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platform.

Certifications/licenses (are an advantage):

• Azure Administrator Associate
• Azure Solutions Architect
• CCNA
• ITIL

Essential Capabilities:

Must Have

• 2+ years’ experience with Azure Cloud services or related experience
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies
• Hands on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Core IaaS: Compute, Storage, Networking
  • Azure PaaS Services: App Service, Service Bus, Event Hub, Mobile Apps
  • Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, ADFS, etc.
• Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, Open Source)

Good to Have

• Infrastructure as a Code and Containerization expertise
• Experience in Data Platform and Bigdata: SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks
• Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Open Source)
• Hands-on experience in using configuration management tools
