Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory service to potential clients on the adoption of government cloud infrastructure services
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients on the use of government cloud infrastructure services
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Studies or IT related discipline
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience with at least 1 years in similar post
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in MySQL and Server Virtualisation Technology
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Client Service
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, in particular Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), network virtualisation, server virtualisation, etc.
• Experience in 3-tier web application deployment on cloud platforms
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Linux, and MySQL/MariaDB
• Possess of Consultation and counselling skills
• HK Permanent Resident is required
