In this role, you have the opportunity to

be responsible for implementing HCIS solutions and for PACS, Cloud and third party system integrations.

As this role is second/third level of system implementation and first/second level of system integration the Cloud Operations Specialist will be required to make qualified technical decisions, ensure implementation is in line with specified requirements and to assist in resolving internal customer requests and issues.

You are responsible to

• Deliver a controlled implementation of assigned HCIS projects. Liaising with Cloud Operations Managers, internal customers, other technical teams, Applications consultants, 3rd party suppliers and the Sales team.

• Provide technical assistance to Cloud Operations Managers, Applications team, Incident Support team, Customers and Sales as required or directed.

• Provide enhancements and remote configurations to customer sites throughout the assigned geography.

• Assist in 2nd/3rd Level incident support on PACS Cloud services solutions within the assigned geography in Datacenters.

• Where appropriate, develop and implement work around solutions.

• Maintain the HCIS PACS information database for logging/tracking service at each site.

• Take local responsibility for the technical components of assigned HCIS technical activities instrumental to Cloud services (infrastructure and CSAP if required)

• Develop & deliver HCIS implementation packages to the Implementation team.

• Assist in providing technical direction and support to Application and Testing teams.

• Provide assistance and advice to the local teams in connection with generating sales of PACS and Cloud solutions.

• Provide technical advice on software and hardware upgrades.

• Provide technical advice on changes to setup and functionalities.

• Interface to the Research & Development teams for software bug reporting.

You are a part of

the team responsible for Service Operations Management and all related activities in the EMEA region, based in Genoa.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• University Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field, or a related field

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience of Oracle Programming Language, (PL/SQL developer)

• Demonstrated acumen for understanding applications, workflow and network environments

• Strong oral and written English language skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills

• Experience of working in production environments against SLAs

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server Operating Systems

• Understanding Radiology Workflow, PACS, RIS

• Knowledge of Medical Standards: DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7) and Integrating the Healthcare EnterpriseItalian mother tongue and excellent verbal and written English language skills
