The Cloud and Enterprise Solutions and Technology Sales Group aspires to be a high-performing, dynamic team of senior technical sales professionals within Intel Corporation's Data Center Sales group driving Intel's data-centric growth and transformation. In this commissioned technical sales role, a successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating activities of a virtual team of Cloud Solution Architects, to deliver a robust Cloud Optimization Tools and Solutions portfolio to our technical field sellers globally
- Collaborations with Industry partners and Intel Technical Sellers to scale deployments of cloud and management and optimization solutions, including Influencing internal and partner roadmaps based on competitive landscape and customer feedback.
- Participating in marketing and sales events to grow awareness and pipeline. Activities also include, delivering training, supporting go to market campaigns, Pre-Sales support, and proof of concept support
- Learning from, collaborating with, and influencing the brightest technical minds in the industry to share best-practice knowledge amongst the Cloud Solution Architect community (within Intel and ecosystem partners)
- Achieving fluency in Cloud Benchmarking, Performance Analysis, and Optimization techniques, using Intel and Industry tooling.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Understanding of Cloud software trends and solutions, including Public/Hybrid Cloud IaaS, PaaS, Containers/Function-as-a-Service, Big Data Analytics, Database, Application Middleware, HPC, Machine Learning, Security, Storage and Networking
- Ability to encapsulate customer-/market-feedback into the Intel business-units/development teams to shape future product/technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Good relationship building skills are necessary, including the ability to build a rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of Intel and the customer
- Growth oriented mindset and a commitment to enhance technical expertise in Cloud Computing Technologies
- Comfort in a fast paced, collaborative and ambiguous environment
- Bias for action and emphasis on outcomes and results
- Flexibility with work hours as the team and stakeholders have global presence (US East Coast Preferred); willingness to travel
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical Program, Project, or Product Management role, leading diverse technical teams
-2+ years’ experience of Technical/Product marketing experience including the development of technical collateral such as blogs, whitepapers, internal and external industry presentations, & workshops.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certification such as Project Management Professional, Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise, or related/similar
- Experience in driving complex software/solution deployments on 3rd party cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Understanding of Cloud development, deployment, and management tools, use cases, market segments, and programming models
- Linux experience: Red Hat, SUSE, Ubuntu, and middleware open source implementations, or similar
- Fluency in modern application design concepts, and application refactoring/modernization approaches
- Continued learning certifications, such as (but not limited to): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$192,390.00-$307,810.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
