Find out more about the Digital world of Siemens here: www.siemens.com/careers/digitalminds Primary Responsibilities: Participate in product definition, project planning, and tracking, including task investigation, work breakdown, and estimation Participate in continuous improvement of architecture, infrastructure, processes, skills, and the organization Transform multitier on-premises solution to be modern cloud-native while being able to run on-premises Collaborate across the teams to optimize the effort & resources needed to operate cloud products Ensure sustainable quality for product commitments on agreed timelines by developing test strategies & plans, and execute them across various platforms Creates & enhances automated tests suite towards commitment to better quality and reduced time for validation/testing. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other technical/scientific domain 10+ years of software development experience Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a globally distributed team with mixed cultures and different time zones. Experience in writing test cases, execution, and reporting/validation of bugs Experience in the creation & maintenance of automated tests & test suites Knowledge of various testing techniques/methodologies Knowledge of designing test cases/plan Software troubleshooting experience Sponsorship will not be provided for this role. Candidates must be US citizens due to regulatory compliance with handling sensitive customer data. Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with electrical and harness domains and hands-on experience with Capital Testing certification (like ISTQB) Experience with automation looks like Selenium or Protractor. Experience in writing shell scripts/programs (in any language). Experience in AWS cloud technologies, e.g., Aurora, EKS, ECS, S3, etc. Experience with CAD software The salary range for this position is $116,900 to $210,400, and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation.
