As a Cloud Software engineer you will design, develop, validate, and debug cloud software to deliver HW enabled security solutions and services for cloud/SaaS and on prem deployment models. Understands HW technologies, software stacks and optimizes full software stack as required to deliver necessary scale and performance. Will work with business development teams to enable and manage/support customers to deliver amazing experience for Intel's solution portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum:
BS in CS or related field with 6+ years of experience or MS in CS or related field with 4+ years of experience
3+ years' experience with the following technologies:

• Programming language (ex: GO, Java, C/C++, Javascript)
• Distributed systems and Microservices architecture including cloud computing infrastructure and understanding of large-scale IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

Additional:

• Security concepts: Cryptography, Key/certificate management, Identity and Access management
• Cloud Computing Industry standards and open-source consortiums (e.g. Kubernetes and other CNCF projects)
• May specialize in specific technology domains including databases (data modelng, data ingestion, ETL, analytics), system integration (pub-sub and p2p messaging, change data capture, data transformation), UI, AI/ML etc.
• Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Intel Security Architecture and Engineering (SAE) is chartered with developing a comprehensive understanding of current and future security threats, guiding research, and developing solutions and mitigations. SAE develops security architecture and implementation across Intel products.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,020.00-$223,560.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
