Within the MBOS Base Layer & MBUX administration, the center (Mercedes-Benz Operation Systems (MBOS) Infotainment MBUX) develops innovative functions and services for all Mercedes-Benz model series.

Our department MBOS AR Navigation is responsible for the functions navigation and route calculation, traffic and real-time information, augmented reality and location based services. We are looking for additional Skills in the area of Cloud Application Development, Cloud Automation Engineering and Cloud Security.

You will have the following tasks:

• Design, specification and implementation of a cloud-based platform for updating the navigation database in the new infotainment generations of our vehicles
  
• Development and operation of software components for cloud-based systems
  
• Technical evaluation and selection of algorithms, software technologies, libraries and SW frameworks as well as participation in their series implementation
  
• Recording and specification of system requirements, as well as active participation in the technical conception, planning, and implementation of new product functions with a focus on in-house development
  
• Continuous optimization of existing software architectures according to criteria such as timeliness, scalability, performance, efficiency, robustness, security
  
• Functional documentation and convincing presentation of achieved results
