VMware Center of Excellence team in Software Advance Technology Group is looking for a passionate intern with excellent communication for Summer of 2022. The candidate would be working as part of Network Virtualization team.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to new features design and implementation, performance, optimizations, and publishing your work on external and internal sites.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum skills and experience:

Must be pursuing a master's in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.

You must have 3+ months of educational in the following:

• Experience with C, C++ and Python programming language
• Experience developing code in a Linux OS environment
• Available to do a 6+ months internship

Desired skills and experience:

• Experience and knowledge of cloud software stacks and middleware such as Kubernetes
• Knowledge in Golang programming language
• Knowledge in Networking or AI/ML domain

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
