The individual should have a proven track record of success as a Club General Manager or comparable position with a highly visible, prestigious organization. Confidence in one's ability and capability of presenting one's self in a polished and professional manner are principle characteristics. The ideal candidate will have the ability to remain calm under pressure as well as the ability to consistently execute at a very high level in a high-volume, customer-centric operation. S/he will be fluent in both English and Cantonese, however, truly exceptional candidates who are not fluent in Cantonese may also be considered.
