•Fully in charge of the Club Millésime overall operation;
•Controls the proper work of the overall Club operation (Welcome Desk & Lounge) to ensure that the Club Millésime standards & procedures are properly applied;
•Ensures that he/she has enough stock for the operation & will do on a weekly basis the store requisition;
•To be present in the lounge during breakfast time and happy hour time, to play "Public Relation” role. All guest comments will be reported in the logbook.
•Ensures the team has good knowledge of the Club, especially the VIP movements, standard & Procedure;
•Performs other tasks as assigned.
Work Experience
•Having the skills and knowledge both in Front Office and F&B is preferred;
•Ability to demonstrate passion for excellence;
•Excellent organizational, planning and managerial skills;
•Attention to details and quality, guest oriented mindset; and
•Self-motivated.
