- Fully in charge of the club opening, coordinate and implement the opening plan as well
- Develop the SOP and operations manual and supervise dept heads according to the SOP
- Fully understand the operations budget, and assist to achieve the budget and operations objectives
- Monitor all products and service quality, ensure members and guests having high level of satisfaction
- Establish and maintain good relationship between club and guests, employees, communities, government agencies and the industry
- Up-keeping and maintain Club property (including equipment and facilities) safety and good operating conditions
- In charge of the organizing of all club events and members' activities
- Fully understand and implement Club Rules & Regulations, Standard Operations Procedures as well
- Modify and improve club SOP and P&P
- Coordinate and prepare Club annual business plan
- Establish and complete the organizational chart
- Keep good relationship with the department heads, conduct and organize department meetings, training and seminar
- Monitor the club operations & budget in monthly basis, if necessary, action plan for improvement would be provided and implemented
- Host the new members¡¯ cocktails, and ensure all members and guests enjoying the club
- Investigate, solve and follow-up all members or guest complaints
- Provide professional and management advice on maintenance & repair, and equipment procurement etc.
- Operate the club in line with the local laws and regulations
- Responsible for overseeing the clubhouse facilities and equipment maintenance
- Maintain good relationship with Members, and balance the relationship between membership sales and members, and promote the club facilities and services at all the times
- Ensure the club and F&B, S&R departments, providing the high service standard
- Monitor the cash flow, payments, and related financial transactions, and review financial statements regularly
- Empower and assist all department heads to supervise his staff
- Participate social events and company activities to promote the image of the club
