What will you do?

• Deliver professional and high quality customer services
• Handle members’ enquires and complaints 
• Maintain strong relationships with members
• Supervise and provide guidance to sub-ordinates and team members
• Prepare and implement ad hoc projects that may be required by the Management

Do you have a right profile?

• Degree/Diploma in Recreation & Sports, Club House or Hotel Management
• At least 2 years’ experience in Club House / Hotel Management
• Good command of both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good leadership skill
• Shift duty required
• Familiar with PC operation
