Duties: - In charge for the overall operations of the club
- Established reasonable, simple, high efficiency management system
- Responsible for the implementation of the club business income and margin
- Required to strategize and propel sales and marketing activities to greater heights.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the business and master to manage the financial aspects and prepare annual budget
- Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and upkeep of the Clubhouse and all its facilities and club safety regulations
- Achieving and maintaining high standards of quality and service objectives of the Club
- Hands-on for develop management and staff programs to increase guest satisfaction
- Directly responsible for the success of the staff club of the property including hiring, training and assessment
