•She/he will lead the room sales team in optimizing rooms revenue.

•She/he will work closely with E-Commerce team to optimize channel performance.

•She/he will develop Sales & Marketing team objective.

•She/he will manage and develop marketing program and materials.

•Establish sales territories and quotas, Manage budgets and evaluate sales performance.  

•Minimum of 5+ years of related experience to the position.

•Strong understanding of customer’s business and market dynamics

•Well organized & able to manage work systematically.

•Excellent in the presentation skill and being proactive.

•Excellent communication skills especially in English and a second and third language would be an advantage.
