Your experience and skills include:

• Your passion is to recruit, retain and motivate talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Proven experience in operational management of teams across multiple properties.
• You are business agile and driven to exceed targets both financial and qualitative.
• Strong commercial skills, able to support the Sales & Revenue Teams in driving Top Line.

What you will be doing:

• Strategic management of the 2 hotels, to ensure the teams secure the best reputation, market share and profit margins.
• Active participation in meetings with the Owner and Accor to drive the business forward.
• Always active and inspirational in finding new business and optimising profit.
