- The position is the Cluster Sales Manager based in Hai Phong, responsible for sales for Yên Tử Mountain, Lang Nương and Legacy Yên Tử.
- Specially handle sales opportunities on Leisure and special Corporate, MICE markets in Hai Phong and interprovincial business in the North of Vietnam along highway 10 (Hải Phòng, Thái Bình, Nam Định, Ninh Bình, Thanh Hóa & Nghệ An).
- The position is accountable for proactively soliciting, contracting and driving business from existing travel agencies and corporate accounts along with finding new accounts to steal share from the competition.
- Build up and establish a portfolio of travel agencies, corporate, MICE Management companies that will make regular bookings into Yen Tu.
- Maximize total revenue in sales activities by making use of our Yen Tu Destination facilities such as accommodation, restaurants, cable cars, tour, activities and shops…, while creating product synergy among business units under the same organization
- ü Do all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal & team revenue sales goals and key sales objectives.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a role
- Good written and spoken English
