Cluster Service Manager (Kista, Sweden)

You will have Profit &Loss responsibilities for the service operations, execution, and growth in Nordics Services cluster by managing the teams in multiple Service units in different countries, ensuring, developing and maintaining capable resources, implementing given tools and processes by EMEA Electrical Services Management
 
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction with an emphasis on on-time delivery, cost and quality standards. 
 

Your Key Deliverables:
Responsible for the Services Cluster Electrical Services business financial (P&L) and operational targets and results
Build, develop and manage Cluster Electrical Services organization covering the Service units in multiple different countries
Continuous development of organizational capability by providing training, filling the gaps with new talents in collaboration with HR 
Implements highest ethics and EHS (health and safety) standards and culture in the Service teams across the cluster 
Drive for operational excellence with maximized availability, productivity and efficiency by benefiting synergies, sharing resources, and driving standardization across the cluster
Support and benefit from EMEA field service engineers pool coordinating with EMEA service operations 
Implements standard tools, processes across the cluster in line with the common EMEA Services directives
Ensure standard work processes, instructions, guidelines are developed and fully deployed
Develop and deploy service strategies for profitable growth and align with EMEA Service organization central functions
Introducing and deploying standard Services portfolio in the markets, managing go-to-market and pricing
Proactive services sales approach across the cluster aiming to provide the highest value add to customers and ensure satisfaction 
Life cycle management of Electrical products sold in the cluster by recording, maintaining, and tracking installed base data and maximize service coverage
Maintaining a connection with Sales Zones and Country Sales Organizations, leveraging synergies, joint sales strategies, exploring new opportunities and marketing service activities. 
Interface with key customers to source new business and maintain current client relations
Manages the authorized service partners in the cluster
Represent the cluster in regular business reviews covering commercial, financial, and operational performance for the countries in the cluster and regularly report predefined business and operational KPIs
 

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Engineering degree from an accredited institution
Master in Business Administration as a plus
Strong English capabilities, additional Nordic languages as a plus (Norway, Finland, Denmark)
Minimum 10 years of work experience in Installed Base Management or tendering activities. 
Demonstrated solid technical knowledge in the area of application  
Minimum 5 years of Services management background, managing multiple teams including sales and Services operations
General management (P&L) experience with commercial and similar Services operational skills
Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of working in a matrix organization in a multi-cultural environment 
International (multi-country and culture) management experience
Technical knowledge, or Field experience in Power Quality (UPS) / Power Distribution (Low voltage/Medium voltage switchgear and products)
Experience in managing CRM, tendering and Field Service Tools
Solid experience on developing new business organizations within multinational environment with the capacity to to think critically in tactical and strategic dimensions simultaneously.
Structured, highly driven and solution-oriented person with ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and support with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent Presentation, Communication and negotiation Skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels and functions both inside and outside of the organization
Talented on Identification, attraction and retention of top talent from Industry to complement competence mix within the organization
