Cluster Talent & Culture Manager 

 

 

Promote employee satisfaction, ensure compliance with local employment and labour laws, ensure standards are met and ensure talent development. 
Responsible for the planning, management, control and coordination of payroll, benefits, team relations and training. 
Participate in the development and drafting of policies, procedures and practices to meet the operational needs of the hotels and brands to ensure continuity of quality to lead in the market. Act as a T&C sparring partner for management. 


What is in it for you and what you will be doing:

>Supervise administrative activities related to payroll, benefits, compliance and labour law 
>Evaluate changes and trends in the Luxembourg compensation market and make recommendations
>Measure employee satisfaction through surveys, roundtables and individual interviews with team members and contribute to the implementation of an action plan with the GM and the Management Committee
>Support in the development of training plans
>Implement guidelines, policies and procedures in agreement with management and in line with the Accor network
>Develop an employee recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process in line with Accor policy
>Encourage the development of employees to enable them to fully exploit their potential
>Create and implement an induction and training strategy to develop employee effectiveness
>Supervise activities and contribute to the achievement of team member satisfaction objectives
>Advise management in the management and resolution of performance issues that arise within the hotel
>Be a resource to operational staff in managing potential departures and disciplinary actions
>Manage and implement the performance evaluation and talent management system
>Be an integral part of the team, attending and actively contributing to scheduled meetings in a well prepared manner
>Be in direct contact with hotel management
>Contribute to the creation of an "Anama" employer brand in the Luxembourg market, identifiable and appreciated by both candidates and employees of the group
>To set an example by scrupulously respecting the values, brand codes and instructions of the company's internal rules and regulations and to guarantee the image of its employees in line with the brand codes and the Accor network
>Lead the network of hotel schools and local authorities
>Implement the application of T&C tools
>Leading "well-being" workshops for employees 
>Implement and enforce RGPD legislation


Your experience and skills include:

>At least 3 years experience in human resources management, preferably in the luxury sector
>Excellent understanding of Luxembourg employment and labour law
>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
>Ability to train team members and develop their skills
>Ability to work effectively in a team with a sense of initiative
>Natural authority
>Excellent organisational skills
>Analytical skills
>Ability to position oneself as a business partner to GMs and managers
>Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
>Language skills, fluent in professional English 
>Handle confidential information with care
>Make decisions based on relevant information
