Cluster Talent and Culture Manager

Job Description

About the role:

In this exciting cluster role, you are part of the leadership team to oversee three properties (please find more details below) and report directly to the Multi Hotel General Manager.  Please note that this position is commencing in late September 2022 on a fixed term contract to cover a 12month maternity leave . Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to provide guidance, motivation & advice on all T&C related matters
  • Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive culture
  • Develop and continually review T&C strategy on learning & development, engagement, recruitment / retention, rewards & recognition, workforce planning & people initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide advice in the resolution of issues including performance management, grievances, investigations, role changes and remuneration reviews
  • Complete T&C reports and projects

Your Skills and Experience

  • Expansive knowledge and experience working with HR related legislation including Fair Work Act, Work Cover, IR and Industrial Instruments.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and with competing priorities
  • A leadership style that is authentic, engaging and strategic
  • Capable of mentoring and driving the team to achieve excellence
  • Being a people person with the ability to interact at all levels of team members
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive business outcomes
