Diploma or above with at least 1 year relevant working experience
Provide the full spectrum of administrative support
Arrange hotel and flight booking for merchandising teams
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese a must
Excellent communicate and interpersonal skill
Hardworking, well-organized, flexible and detail minded
Well versed with MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint
Immediate availability is an advantage
