Responsibilities:

• Manage clubhouse operation and ensure its cleanliness and tidiness
• Oversee the general inventory and food safety and quality such as milk and sugar in a daily basis
• Ensure the highest standards for food & beverages, recreation activities and facilities, and meeting rooms are in good condition
• Prepare for daily revenue report and the clubhouse operating budget chart
• Responsible for P&L management and coordinate with the internal accounting parties
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Proactive, creative, independent, service and customer-oriented, hands-on with a can-do attitude with min. 2 year of solid working experience in café/ coffee house
• Strong knowledge of coffee making and preparation of F&B
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Dropbox tools and with basic business accounting knowledge
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); fluent in spoken and written English will be an advantage
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
