#Position: Coffee Shop Manager

#Location: Joker’s Cafe & Bar小丑酒吧(玄武区太平北路136-14商铺); #Nanjing

#Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 RMB/month (based on experience) + performance bonus

#Nationality : Chinese/Foreigners all accepted. Foreigners should be eligible for work visa.

#Language_Proficiency: Should be fluent at speaking Chinese and English

#Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily operations (opening/closing, staff scheduling, inventory).
✔ Train and lead a team of baristas to deliver excellent service.
✔ Maintain coffee quality and customer satisfaction.
✔ Manage costs, reduce waste, and optimize profitability.
✔ Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

#Requirements:
✔ 2+ years of experience in coffee shop/restaurant management.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, etc.).
✔ Basic financial understanding (inventory, sales tracking).
✔ Passion for coffee culture and customer service.
