Responsibilities

+ Bring customers to Blooms journey by introducing our unique products and origins of the beans

+ Promoting coffee culture and providing excellent service, quality beverages and products

+ Maintaining a tidy and comfortable store environment

+ Interacting with customers and develop a profound customer relationship to drive customers satisfaction

Requirements

+ With solid working experience, no less than 1 year

+ Working experience in Café or Coffee House is definitely an advantage

+ Knowledge of coffee making and shop operations is preferred

+ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

+ Strong communication skills in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

+ Positive and energetic mindset

+ Service and customer oriented

+ Potential candidate with less experience would be considered as Junior Barista
