1. Responsible for deliver coffee and other beverage with stable quality.
2. Modeling prompt customer service behavior and supervise team members to do so.
3. Responsible for maintain a clean and comfortable environment; organize and supervise cashiering, cleaning, etc.
4. Responsible for shop daily operation and maintenance.

Requirement:
1. Minimum college degree.
2. Able to make high standard coffee with stable quality.
3. Strong communication skill and teamwork capability.
4. Well organized and willing to take responsibility.
5. Open and easy going, self-starter and learner. Passionate on customer service.

职责：
1. 参与产品制作并负责咖啡店产品品质控制。
2. 参与并督促店员按照要求保证服务质量。
3. 参与并负责安排收银、日常盘点和清洁工作等。
4. 安排店内日常营运及维护事务。

要求：
1. 大专及以上学历,专业不限
2. 有精品咖啡制作经验，能做到稳定出品。
3. 有较强的团队合作能力和良好沟通能力。
4. 责任性强，做事认真有条理。
5. 热情大方，热爱服务业，主动好学。
