Job Objective
International coffee restaurant chain from overseas is opening several coffeehouses in Ningbo. We are seeking a person with strong experience in management of a small restaurant, café, coffeehouse, or coffee bar. The Manager will be working directly with international English speaking management, so spoken English is important for this position.

To deliver friendly, outstanding customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers

Requirements
? 5 years of experience in the food service industry
? 2 years of experience in the coffee industry preferred
? IELTS level of 6+ or equivalent in English skills

Responsibilities

? Training and managing employees
? Scheduling of full-time and part-time staff
? Manage all aspects of area marketing and promotions
? Coordinate and manage supplies effectively
? Ensure clean and efficient kitchen operation
? Oversee construction and physical maintenance of the restaurant
? Become familiar with all aspects of the coffee industry
? Report to and consult with the General Manager and other superiors continually
? Adhere to all company policies and procedures faithfully
