Colleague Experience Specialist

 

Bentley is looking for a highly creative and passionate individual to assist in developing the next phase of Employee Experience at Bentley. Joining our HR Team, the Colleague Experience Specialist, reporting to the Director of Colleague Experience, will be a member of a team within the HR center of experts who handle the corporate functions of Learning, Internal Communications, Onboarding, Wellbeing, Engagement, Recognition, and other experience-related colleague programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and implementing programs and events that support the talent journey, driving an authentic and impactful experience for all colleagues. The person in this role needs to have an employee-first mindset to support and drive global colleague engagement and collaboration through various channels that inspire and emphasize Bentley’s core values and culture. This role contributes to designing and delivering culture initiatives, organizing global events, and creating experiences that support our hybrid working model.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the design and implementation of global employee engagement opportunities for our hybrid workforce strategy, enhancing inclusion and connection of colleagues, managers, and teams
  • Assist in the re-development of Bentley’s corporate intranet (SharePoint) in its evolution in becoming an employee experience platform
  • SharePoint site designer, maintaining and enhancing HR and corporate program sites
  • Assist in the maintenance of our onboarding experience, adding the human element to a virtual environment, interact with the virtual activities, manage surveys to monitor, assess, and present to stakeholders ways to improve the experience
  • Manage the Global Wellbeing program by creating engagement campaigns, monitoring, and driving participation with colleagues and local wellness champions
  • Partner with the Director of Colleague Experience to identify, map, apply, assess and measure the touchpoints of colleague journey maps
  • Lead the efforts for internal pulse surveys and interviews to determine what motivates and drives our colleagues; analyze, identify trends, present data and create subsequent action plans
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing colleague programs and events, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for enhancements
  • Adhering to corporate branding, collaborate extensively with Internal Communications on internal branding standards and procedures, recommended channels of communication, and co-managing the corporate communication and engagement calendar to enhance employee experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or closely related field
  • 1-3 years of work experience focused on internal engagement, preferably within a hybrid environment with a technology/software company
  • Strong understanding of how employee experience affects culture, productivity, and retention
  • Knowledge of Office 365; strong SharePoint design skills
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with design tools such as Venngage or Canva
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong, authentic written/verbal communication skills that naturally develop trusting relationships that bridge people and teams
  • Strong ability to see the bigger picture
  • Keen capability to gather and organize information to understand and support the links between various people, departments, and messages
  • Proven ability to ignite excitement that motivates, builds, and maintains effective working relationships across the organization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track and report, identify risks, and maintain or adjust timelines as needed
  • Proactive in identifying risks/issues, providing solutions, and overcoming hurdles to drive results
  • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet quick deadlines
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role requires infrequent travel to a Bentley office location post COVID.
