  What you will be doing:
• Prepare menus for the colleauge restaurant 
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items 
• Run a section smoothly and efficiently
• Provide clear instructions to junior team members
• Provide training and guidance to commis and demi chefs
• Prepare costing of menus
• Ensure food items are ordered when required
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
• Adhere to Health, Safety and food regulations
• Support main kitch during quiet periods in the restaurant
• Ensure all prep is done in advance
  
  Your experience and skills include:
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
  
  Your team and working environment:
• working in a fast paced kitchen environment where clear communication is essential
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
