Task Description
1 Collection Agent Development and Monitoring
• Handling agent selection, agent termination, agent onsite visit, agent training process.
• Handling agent performance management and agent incident handling issue.
• Closely monitor agent behavior or performance based on agent contract and SLA requirement.
• Initiate or optimize ongoing process of agent management to improve productivity and efficiency, and the process should based on credit rules, outsourcing guidelines, and compliance or CBIRC requirement.
• Adhoc task from Sr.Manager or Manager.
2 Repossession and Inventory management
• Daily confirm repossession based on SLA requirement.
• All Report task ensure the accuracy and within timeline.
• Manage inventory and warehouse management for all repossessed vehicles
• System enhancement: agent portal or system enhancement
• Adhoc task from Sr.Manager or Manager.
3 Project & Process improvement
• Involve in agents management related project.
• Lead agent management SOP/Process/Manual updates.
• Support internal and external audit in terms of preparing documents, explaining contents, and sample check etc.
4 Cross department communication
• Work closely with risk team, legal team and other business related teams.
5 Others
• Support of Manager in other tasks and projects
