Job Description
Requirements:
- A degree holder in any disciplines
- Level 5 or above in English Language in DSE OR Grade C or above in HKCE
- Level 4 or above in Chinese Language in DSE OR Grade D or above in HKCE
- OR CRE - Use of English and Chinese - Level 2
- OR CRE - Use of English and Chinese - Level 2
- Possess the Certificate of Manual Lifting and handling issued by OSHC
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word-processing
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
Job Duties:
- To act as the stocktaking coordinator in the full-scale stocktaking exercise of materials collections
- To retrieve and prepare stocktaking records sheets for stocking
- To perform follow up work of any unfound/unlisted items and items with irregularities;
- To update records and prepare reports related to stocktaking exercise
- To perform any other store management, collection relocation and preservation duties as assigned
