Duties:

• Contact with borrower to update overdue repayment.
• Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule.
• Handle enquiries related to collection matters.
• Prepare and assemble documentation and relevant reports to assist office work.  

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduates or above
• At least 1-2 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial company is preferable
• Working experience in customer services
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS applications including MS Word and Excel
• Diligent, responsible, initiative, aggressive with good working attitude.
