Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall operation and management of the College Counseling Office; improve the existing college counseling system according to the school's requirements and standardize the workflow of the office to enhance work efficiency;
2.Provide professional guidance and support to the college counseling team to improve the team's expertise; maintain close contact with overseas colleges and universities, planning the College Fair and coordinating overseas college visits; organize the summer visit programs; office's daily management including, but not limited to, making budget, staff management, attending administrative meetings, and college counselors' performance evaluation; maintain brilliant communication and collaboration with other departments of the school; and complete other tasks arranged by the leadership
