We are seeking a qualified and experienced College Counsellor to join our international school in Shanghai. The successful candidate will guide students through the college application process, helping them make informed decisions and achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Advise students on college selection, applications, and career pathways
Guide students through standardized tests, personal statements, and interviews
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities and programs worldwide
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty to support student success
Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining detailed records
Organize college-related events, workshops, and visits
Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate college guidance into the curriculum
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above; valid teaching qualification preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in college counselling or university guidance
Strong knowledge of global higher education systems and admissions processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience in international or bilingual schools preferred
