岗位职责：
Job Description
1、协助国际部升学指导主任，为学生提供留学申请辅助工作；
Assist the Director of College Counseling department to help THIS students in applying for study abroad;
2、根据学生自身情况，定制适合的选校及留学申请指导方案；
According to each student's personal situation, customize a suitable guidance plan in college selection and study abroad application;
3、通过与学生交流，帮助学生挖掘自身优势及闪光点，辅导学生撰写或修改升学指导文书；
Through communicating with students, help students discover their own advantages and shining points, and guide students to write or modify application essays;
4、指导学生留学申请，及时将申请过程中的相关信息与学生、家长沟通；
Guide students to apply for studying abroad, and communicate with students and parents about the relevant information in the application process in a timely manner;
5、搜集申请中所需信息，协助完成申请中的具体工作：档案简历、学校选择、专业选择、
文书审核、表格填写指导、资料邮寄、追踪录取结果等；
Collect the information required in college application, and assist in completing the specific work in the application such as: file resume, college selection, major selection, application essays review, form filling guidance, data mailing, tracking the enrollment results, etc.;
6、定期对学生进行指导和培训，与学生家长一对一约谈指导，包括介绍相关国家的教育体制，学校情况和专业选择，职业规划等；
Provide guidance and training for students regularly, and conduct one-on-one communication with students' parents, including introducing the educational system, college situation and major selection, career planning of relevant countries, etc. ;
7、对外联络工作，如接待大学来访等；
External liaison work, such as receiving university visits;
8、其他临时性行政支持工作。
Other temporary administrative support work.


岗位要求：
Qualifications:
1、大学本科以上学历，有海外留学背景或工作经历者优先；
Bachelor degree or above, overseas study background or with relevant working experiences is preferred;
2、英语、教育类相关专业，有丰富国际学校升学指导老师工作经验者，专业限制可适当放宽；
English, education or related majors. If you have rich work experience as a college counselor at international schools these professional restrictions can be appropriately relaxed;
2、有2年以上留学申请指导或咨询方面工作经验，熟悉海外知名院校本科申请条件及申请工作流程；
Have more than 2 years of work experience in college application guidance or consulting for studying abroad, be familiar with the undergraduate application requirements and application process of well-known overseas universities;
3、英语基础好，能熟练地进行英语的听说读写，英语表达和交流能力突出。写作能力过硬，能够指导学生文书写作；
Good English foundation, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, outstanding English expression and communication skills. Excellent writing ability so as to guide students in essay writing;
4、思维活跃，性格开朗，喜欢并擅长人际交往；
Open-minded, cheerful personality, good at interpersonal communication;
5、有较强的亲和力和观察力并善于沟通，责任心强，条理性强，有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神；
Team player, observation and good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, well organization, competitive learning ability and teamwork spirit;
6、热爱教育行业，能够良好把握学生的心理动态，及时给与适当心理疏导；能够赢得学生的尊重、信任与爱戴，并胜任学生的教育管理工作。
