Nationality and language requirements:
(1) Nationality: Foreign teachers are required to come from English-speaking countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
(2) Language ability: foreign teachers should be fluent and accurate in oral English, have good communication skills and expression skills, and be able to teach and communicate in English without barriers.
2. Age limit: Foreign teachers are required to be under 60 years old, and the age limit can be appropriately relaxed for foreign teachers who are particularly excellent or have rich teaching experience.
3. Education Background and Major:
(1) Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above.
(2) Major Background: English Language and Literature, Teaching English to foreign Students, linguistics and other related majors. If the foreign teacher has a background in other subjects, but has a relevant English teaching certificate or rich English teaching experience, it is also acceptable.
4. Teaching experience and qualification:
(1) Teaching experience: at least one year of English teaching experience is required. However, foreign teachers who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in education, language or teacher training, or have obtained a teacher qualification certificate in the host country, and have met the required international language teaching certificate (such as TEFL, TESOL, etc.) can be exempted from the work experience requirement.
(2) Qualification Certificate: Have relevant English teaching qualification certificate, Such as TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), which can prove that foreign teachers have professional English teaching ability and knowledge.
