What will you be doing?

• Engage with Vendors and Mills to expedite the process and comments for correct color execution
• Evaluate lab dip and bulk color submissions visually
• Manage and resolves color issues
• Engage with Sourcings, Design, Vendors and Mills for urgent requests
• Release Color Comments to mills/vendors
• Visit mills for evaluation and/or to provide trainings
• Conduct color assessment to mills

What will you need to bring?

• Superior color vision (Scoring 16 or below as indicated by the Munsell Hue 100)
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Access)
• Travel up to 30% throughout Asia-Pacific
• 4+ years experience in related field or industry, working Knowledge in manufacturing is an advantage (less than 4 years experience are also welcome for junior positions)
• Higher Diploma or above in Textile Technology or equivalent
