■ 職務内容 / Job Description
- Understand the Data and KPI reports that need for brand plan execution, then lead the implementation through communication with IT team and venders
- Consider the best data purchase plan for KPI monitoring through conversation with data agency and create recommendation, then get approval from each brand team in Business Unit for data purchasing
- With Business partner and tool coordinator, lead the reports design and implementation for campaign tracking
- Optimize the reports and data from the viewpoint of simplification and Business requirements
Job Accountability
- Providing the report and data to support the brand plan execution
- Optimize and simplify reports continuously by sharing experience and the best practice with other Business Units
- Align with brand teams and ready Data and reports for business activity
- Trough communication with tool coordinator and brand teams, prepare the campaign tracking report with agencies
- Manage Reporting operation , Change Request and periodic review until retirement.
- Agency resource management through appropriate demand control and service level agreement.

- Pharmaceutical industry data knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Basic database skill , SQL
- Strong Excel and BI Business Object, MicroStrategy, Power BI skill
- Agency / Vender management experience

- Strong communication and relationship management skills, ability to work effectively in team and across functions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales force platform
