【Job Description】

• Understand the Field activity and process including new way of working with digital solution to simplify, optimize and support field activities.
• Manage group team members to realize effective field support operation and team collaboration.
• Consider the team structure for effective field support
• Build good relationship with SIDs and NSDs to understand business requirements and offer optimal operation across BUs.
• Understanding field users' voice through communication and provide solution with department members.

【Qualification (Experience & Skill)】

＜Essential＞

• Pharmaceutical industry business knowledge
• Deep understanding of field activities
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, ability to work effectively in team and across functions.
• Sales Force activity and digital marketing experience
• Team management

＜Desirable＞

• Marketing/Brand Management experience
• Strong presentation and Power Point skill
• English – Business level or motivation to acquire skill
• Knowledge of RPA, ChatBOT and Microsoft office tools
