Compensation (open to negotiation for the appropriate candidates):
TIER 1: 1+ years teaching experience
TIER 2: TEFL/TESOL + 2+ years teaching experience
TIER 3: Bachelors
TIER 4: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL
TIER 5: Bachelors + 2 years teaching experience
TIER 6: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL + 2+ years teachingexperience

According to teaching experience Tier levels, we will provide you with a competitive salar:130k - 240k + depending on experiences.

Base Salary - 7~10k base salary:10 (3hrs) classes per month.
and around 700~1k+ for each additional class taught.
Work hours - 1pm~9pm on weekdays, half day/full day on weekends depending on volume (technically you don't have to be there if you have no classes, but this is to be discussed with company on the exact hours).
Essentially the more classes you teach, the more you earn, and apparently their current teachers average 15~24k/month.

Job Qualifications:
-Fluent oral English (Chinese or foreign, both ok)
-Some teaching experience (optional)
-Have overseas study and working experience (compulsory)
-Prefer internationally recognized CELTA/TESOL/TEFL certificate (optional)
-SAT teachers also needed, urgent
-Minimum 12 months commitment preferred
-Outgoing personality, love for children and teaching

Responsibilities:
1、To conduct classroom lessons according to the syllabus and methodology；
2、provide high quality professional teaching at all times；
3、To help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective；
4、To provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom；
5、To take an interest in and give advice on individual student's progress in English；
6、To prepare new materials as requested；
7、To promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the Centre.
