Job Description

职位描述

1.了解接收客户订单需求并及时反馈,正确及时传递相关信息给其它部门。
2.按公司规定流程,正确及时的签订合同,制作发货单及跟踪确认。
3.负责与客户的对账工作及开票资料的审核。
4.负责客户资料、合同及文件的归档工作及审核工作。
5.配合销售人员促进订单,日常订单管理分析,提升客户满意度。
6.部门领导安排的其他工作等。

1.Collect customer order demand and transfer to related dept. correctly and timely.
2.Order processing correctly and timely followed company related guideline, including creation sales order, delivery note, tracking and confirming delivery information.
2.Responsible for account receivable reconciliation with customer as well as the review of customer invoice.
4.Collect and maintain customer data, contract and documents as well as detective control.
5.Support sales to approach the orders and do order management for improving customers’ satfisfaction.
6.The other tasks assigned by HoD.

职位要求

-学历专业:本科及以上学历,国际贸易、工商管理或物流专业。
-工作经验:3年以上工作经验。
-知识与技巧:有销售思维和客户导向意识,善于沟通。
-软件技能:熟练操作MS Office, 会使用SAP系统。
-语言:中英文流利为佳。


-Education, Major: Junior college or above, international trade, business administration or logistics related.
-Working Experience: At least 3 year and above.
-Know-how: Sales concept and customer orientation, good communication skill.
-Software/System: Good at MS Office, SAP system.
-Language: English/Chinese.
