We are currently looking for a Commercial Product & Business Management Lead who does!. If you are a Doer…we are looking for you! Overall purpose of the role: In the position of the Commercial Product & Business Management (4P) Lead, you will be responsible for Product, Price, Place and Promotions across all Lenovo’s commercial product lines (notebooks, desktops, workstations, visuals, services, software & peripherals) offering for France. You will align to segment directors to manage sales planning and execution, ensuring revenue and share growth. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: • You have Full P&L responsibility for all commercial product lines in France • You manage a team of 4P Managers, each owning a product portfolio end-to-end from market introduction through to EOL • You collaborate with supply planning, sales, ops, marketing and finance to optimize our results • For each product line, you are responsible with your team for: \- Product: Decide on consumer product offering in alignment with local market demand and Lenovo’s financial objectives. Quarterly portfolio planning and daily fine tuning of product offering \- Price: Set price points for Desktop products based upon internal and external data analyses. Continuously ensuring price is competitive to secure run rate and targeted sales out \- Place: Ensure sufficient product availability at targeted distributors in cooperation with DAMs – to enable forecasted sales out tracks \- Promotions: Decide, execute and manage promotional activities to secure the right demand on focused inventory. Aligning with channel sales organization and Distributors to prioritize sales focus and related sales activities on weekly basis Organization: You will report to the Head of Product & Business Management and cooperate with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, EMEA Product Teams and local GM.
