Job Description

RESPOSIBILITY:


1. National Sales Team Administration and Communication

  • Support Sales Director’s meeting and travel arrangement

  • Manage day to day communication between sales HQ and the sales force

  • Lead the administration and logistics for sales team activities such as national sales meetings

  • Ensure that administrative activities are completed on time, according to established stands, and within established budgets.

  • Documenting, recording Information, provide necessary report for further analyses and improvement


2. Process Management

  • Work with HR department to ensure sales team’s awareness and compliance on company process and procedures

  • Work with finance department to review and optimize company processes and procedures

  • In charge of Customer marketing A&P spending process


3. Collaboration with other locations and functions

  • Provide necessary support to regional sales teams on admin management

  • Provide necessary support to other functions on company events and activities

  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments to ensure that office administration policies, programs, and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Prior management experience in process design, execution, review and optimization.

  • Prior management experience in administration function.

  • Integrity, being honest and ethical.

  • ttention to detail, being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks

  • Cooperation, being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude

  • Self control, maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.

  • Concern for others, being sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.

  • Stress tolerance, accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.

  • Adaptability & flexibility, being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
