Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Support NA Sales Team:

  • Prepare Sales Contract, check customer’s draft contract to control potential risk
  • Sales order processing and review relevant paperwork
  • Work closely with OEM & distributor to well manage their orders
  • Order following up-including sales order, internal order, RMA order etc. Work with UK factory; follow up payment, shipment and other details on the order.
  • Customer’s LC review
  • Cooperate with trading company on commercial issues.
  • Sales order database management.
  • Marketing activities supporting.

Indicative Performance Measures

  • Complete work on time with high quality.
  • PDR Targets.

Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated


Education / Qualifications: A good general education, major in International Trade or Business English is preferred Professional Skills/ Abilities: 2+ years sales assistant/ commercial administrator experiences Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external contacts. Team worker and be willing to learn Must be able to work under pressure. Fluent written and spoken English essential. Personal Qualities:
