Position Description

Are you an experienced Commercial Analyst looking to join a global ASX listed organization and take the next step in your career?

As part of the Finance team at our Kuala Lumpur office, your role will be providing high quality commercial analysis and reporting to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the performance of our Malaysia business. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role reports directly to the Manager, Finance.

Major/Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for commercial evaluation of new and existing contracts, customer profitability and pricing recommendations; Supports Sales and Customer service to identify potential opportunities, risks and challenges.

• Supports management’s decision making through the extraction, analysis, modeling and presentation of data for business proposals.

• Monthly management reporting & KPI tracking, including annual budget, periodic forecasts and ad-hoc financial analysis; Supporting the monthly closing and reporting process of weekly, monthly and 5year plan revenue forecasting

• Prepare revenue budgeting process, deliver timely and accurate data including, but not limited to, volume and revenue.

• Prepare strategy pricing model when needed; Utilize pricing model and other analysis tool to support sales growth.

• Conduct routing contract review and filling; Support China competition intelligence/analysis; Providing critical ad-hoc analysis as required by Senior CHEP Management.

Skills and Experiences:

• Solid accounting knowledge and analysis expertise; Solid experience and above financial Planning and Analysis experience

• Preferably worked with service providers pricing models; FMCG or Auto industry experience would be a plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance

• Effective verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications

• Strong organization, problem solving and time management skills

• Can work under pressure; Worked in international environment
