Job responsibilities:
-Assist shopping malls line planning, layout planning, shop’s planning;
-Docking developers, design institutes, brand business (construction, alteration,
shop interior decoration);
-Assist commercial real estate planning design and other related work;
-Assist complete the project progress, drawing updating, coordinate the audit related
work;

Post requirements:
1、 Bachelor's degree or above，accept interns；Architectural planning, interior design,
landscape design, environmental design and related majors;
2、 Interested in commercial real estate architectural design work, good at communication, full of team spirit and professionalism;
3、 Mastering of CAD and other related drawing software, deep reflection, strong design
and performance ability, aesthetic ability and art foundation;

Graphic Design Assistant
Job responsibilities:
- Proficiency in the use of various types of graphic design software, Independent
design with your unique creative;
-Responsible for the graphic design of the project activity;

Post requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above，accept interns；Graphic design, art design, computer
and other related majors；
2、Familiar with the operation of Illustrator, CoreIdraw, Photoshop, PageMaker and
other design software；
3、 Familiar with CIS system design, corporate image design is preferred；

Remark：After entry，you need to work in Tianjin European city project about half

Recruit only the foreigners work or study in China (Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin)

Language: English as work language; Speak Chinese or Italian fluently is preferred;

Visa: If you have work visa and residence permit, expires after, we will be

study visa, after you graduate, we will apply work visa and residence permit for

Salary：
Commercial Architectural/Deringer Assistant ：15,000-20,000 RMB per month
Graphic Design Assistant：8,000-15,000 RMB per month

Probation: one year contact, one month probation

Work time: 9:00am—18:00pm from Monday to Friday

Accommodation: During you work in Tianjin, we will provide accommodation free
