Job Description
工作職掌
- 發展與導入業務同仁及行銷團隊的訓練與發展培訓課程
- 與BU部門密切合作,分析銷售策略且進而了解銷售能力發展需求
- 執行marketing excellence訓練(eg, Patient Flow, Insight Generation, etc.) 並持續提升訓練成效
- 擔任BU的行銷業務夥伴,提升BP品質,偕同品牌經理與Business Intelligence Manage, SFE managerr討論市場資訊與行銷機會
- 依職等需求,制定業務同仁及行銷團隊的職能評估與衡量機制
- 導入總部推行的專案,以增進業務同仁的銷售能力
- 與外部顧問維持密切合作,導入最佳業務培訓課程
具備能力
- 能詳實了解業務動態與能力需求,能夠建置業務發展課程。 並能輔導業務主管與同仁增進業務能力
- 須能參與用英文授課的總部訓練課程,並將所學導入訓練課程
- 專案管理能力與經驗及內外部協調
- 有行銷經驗為佳,並了解企業營運
- 有帶人經驗及專案管理能力為佳,但非為必要。
- 能獨立完成任務並與Cross Function Team合作
- 3年以上藥廠經驗
