Intel Global Partner Marketing (GPM) is growing. We are looking for a marketing expert to develop the strategy for and manage commercial client co-marketing campaigns supporting Lenovo in this role, you will work closely with the Global Field Sales Account Teams, Business Group Marketing Strategy Team, and global and country direct marketing counterparts that are at points of influence throughout the world. You will work directly with the customer from mid-level to the most senior managers within their marketing organization. There is also a great deal of direction and collaboration required with Intel and Lenovo regional partner marketing managers.
In this critical customer facing role your leadership will be critical to maximizing Intel's brand equity in our co-marketing executions with the members of each program to showcase Intel performance leadership, new products, CPU relevance and deliver business impact and value for both Intel and our OEM partners. Your objective will be to increase Intel's influence and share of voice to improve co-marketing campaign effectiveness worldwide.

- Partner marketing programs are extremely complex by nature and it is essential for any person in this role to listen and learn from their peers and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaboration with a matrixed set of stakeholders, be able to manage multiple work streams both internally (Field Sales, Country Marketing Teams, and Business Unit Direct Marketing Teams) and with partners (Customers, Agencies, Retailers, and Media Vendors). This role will support co-marketing through strategic partner engagement and ensure that global plans translate to local impact by collaborating with our point of influence teams to drive execution around the world. Leadership and strategic thinking are critical as we continue to be the technology and co-marketing leader in traditional client and data center computing.
Direct responsibilities include:
- Manage and develop partner relationships
- Overseeing multi-million-dollar co-marketing budgets
- Align customer co-marketing spend to Intel priorities, globally, developing full year strategic co-marketing framework for Global, Time Zone, and Country initiatives
- Manage approval process of OEM co-marketing strategies
- Work collaboratively with customer managers and their agencies to develop breakthrough co-marketing that highlights Intel value-add in end-user communications.
- Develop and Influence Global Campaign and Time Zone activities - gathering/analyzing KPIs for full campaign report out, informing future activities
- Lead project management of co-marketing campaigns and strategic program execution including creative/media development and review, key performance indicator development/tracking, program execution timelines, results analysis/ROI, budget, and campaign summary/report out upon completion
- Open collaboration and exchange of strategies and plans with the customer and field sales and Intel marketing teams (direct team, media team, social team, branding team, etc.) worldwide.
- Manage all Global Partner Marketing communications for your customer through the proper channels including internal account team as well as our partner's key geographically dispersed and HQ stakeholders
- Train customers on latest program enhancements and share feedback with the Program Office on key learnings for refinement and updates to program rules and activities catalog - reflecting current marketing practices and keeping stakeholders informed on relevant news and information for each co-marketing program
- Maintain account 'Plan of Record' to provide management the latest snapshot of your customers' priorities, weakness, issues, key joint initiatives and events for the year.
- Evaluate customers' marketing executions that utilize co-marketing dollars to ensure Intel integration according to program guidelines and stated business priorities
- Participate in Executive Quarterly Business Review scheduling and agenda. Gather materials and create relevant presentations to ensure strong collaboration between our executive leaders
- Developing and delivering executive level presentations

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ year in a customer facing role in a Global Sales or Marketing organization
- 2+ years of Global Co-Marketing/Partner Marketing experience with proven results
Must be willing to travel 2-3-day trips per month plus 1-2 overnight trips per quarter, and more as necessary.

$113,210.00-$187,350.00
